Returns Policy:

 

At DimplezZBoutique, we value your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we provide the option for exchanges and store credit that doesn’t expire unless you use it. Please be aware that items purchased on sale are final and non-returnable. 

Conditions Of Return: 

 

Postmark the package within 7 days of receiving it. Exceptions may incur a restocking fee. 

 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs 

 

Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition 

 

Sale items don’t apply to exchanges; the original price will be charged. 

 

Final Sales:

 

BATHING SUITS, and UNDERGARMENTS are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit. Sale items are also final. 

Order Processing:

 

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing. Ready-to-ship items may ship sooner. Items mark “pre-order” may take up to 15-20 business days in some cases before shipping. Custom orders are a meticulous process, and we prioritize quality over speed. For RUSH shipping, an additional production fee and carrier fee may apply. Contact us to confirm inventory accuracy before placing a RUSH order. 

 
Expedited/Overnight/Rush Delivery:

 

When selecting overnight delivery with FedEx, USPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for problems if the package does not arrive on time. While they are reliable, unforeseen issues may occur. We assist as much as possible, but it’s advised to contact the shipping carrier first. 

 

International Orders:

 

Our website processes international orders, and prices may vary based on product weight, quantity, and location. If discrepancies occur, the paid shipping amount will be used towards the final shipping cost. Provide an accurate email and phone number.  DimplezZBoutique is not responsible for duty fees or delays imposed by international shipping companies.
